What happened to the lost portions of population?
Started by Lachhiman

Let me start with a few questions/discussion starters.

Whatever happened to the lost Planu/Drakin descendants? A majority of them went to Templehelm. However, there must be a few that were left behind.

Rather, they are defending outposts, flanks, or just maintaining land as the majority charge ahead into new lands. What happened to them?

Some may state, "They returned to the majority within Templehelm when they settled."

However, I would question if they would really do that? The Emeraldites never really had a safe environment for them to bet all of their chips into Templehelm.

Zeolites/Apothic knights actively fought against them, and so did the Aurites at the time. Not to mention all of the other factions, such as the Void watchers... (And perhaps even Wintivil when Droco and Revan favored both Wintivil and Zeolix heavily.)

What I'm getting at is, I wonder what happened to the folks left behind? Planu, at the very least, is out of commission. Well, the Planu that we see in Templehelm. So.. If he was the same Planu and did influence those that were left behind, did they just see Planu suddenly dip?

Is there some sort of split personality that serves the original Planu/Drakin descendants? And the one we see holds the majority share of the domain/name, which rules over Templehelm?

Or did his influence fully leave his homeland and those who were left behind? Or, at the very least, leave them as he went to sleep in Templehelm?

Second question...

Does Shoth still exist? IF so, I wonder what the inhabitants saw when Planu's influence suddenly popped out of existence?

(Shoth is a large piece of land towards the North-Eastern coast of the Setlian Sea. South of the Cold North.)
(Shoth houses a majority of folks who are Shoves. Precursors of the Emeraldites, meaning at the very least. A minority of the population knows or has followed Planu.)

If folks are tired of hearing about those LOSER emeraldites. Let's talk about some void lore and Vvurdeni/Vohl lore.

Ahem, let's start. What's going on with those void folk? Multiple books are talking about some funky Temple and whatnot, also pillars of quartz and amethyst to repel vacous/the influence of the void. Also, multiple books talk about how explosive and violent vacous is on interaction with Ateons' mana/generalized any mana.

Yet I see no reference to any history regarding those things. I was told the current-day vacous is diluted by mana and a bunch of other things. But then I have a question regarding that. Does that mean the main and only food source for the voidlings and other creatures that dwell in the void lost their main and only evolutionary source of food for growth?

Furthermore, what happened to the Temple? And what's going on with those eyes that seem to have a special effect? Did scholars choose to hide away said information? What occurs now, when we use those pillars in modern-day vacous?  Would it basically turn into a nuke?  Separating the vacous with all of the mana and other substances, automatically making the vacous explode?

Furthermore.. What's going on with the Vohl and Vvurdeni?

They were well known for their primordial crafts. Both are races that were born for a craft, whether that be technology, runes, and forging, or any given profession. And, both races were well known in their displacement due to war and catastrophic events, which wiped out their homelands or the majority of the population.

Are you telling me, not a single one was captured or migrated into some court or kingdom? And turned into a servant that was forced to teach their culture and abilities to others? Or, some forge master/professional within a court to give guidance for coin or materials required for their craft?

OR at the very least, attempt to do a global outreach campaign, or at the very least, reconnect with their gods to regroup? Such as the Vvurdeni and Deserma/Cavilon?

What is the void folks' perspective about this all, if Vacous is truly diluted?

A majority of the population of the void has suddenly gotten nerfed... Their cultural, racial, and magic-based systems have all been nerfed or changed due to how their main power source is getting diluted.  Not to mention, like I said. Their main source of food, which evolves them, has gotten diluted.

I doubt even Dawnwing/the maidens can protect his portal/Templehelm portals to the void, if all of the void is pissed at the main reason for the vacous dilution. Considering there's like 3 active vasto voidlings currently. And they too eat vacous/uses it... Not to mention all of the other demigod-tier creatures and gods that dwell in the void.
